The vast majority of buyers (95% according to the National Association of REALTORS®) will be searching for homes online. It is critical that the visual presentation of the listing is stellar and makes buyers want to see the home in-person. I use high-definition, professional photography for all my listings and may also create a floorplan so buyers can determine how their belongings will fit. When warranted, I will also include aerial photography.
