There are three things that will get the attention of a potential buyer – the marketing for the property, photography, and price. If those three things are working in your favor, then we can open the doors and let the buyers come in!

Pricing

I will bring you a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) which will show us what buyers have paid for other similar homes in the area recently along with information on the market. These, plus the features of your home, will provide a full picture of the value of the house.

Marketing Your Home’s Best Features

I will first interview you about what you love most about your home. Is it the way the morning light floods in a large window or the eat-in kitchen? Maybe you love the vintage beams or the large yard. All of these features will be used to write a compelling description for your home which we will use throughout the marketing.

Online Marketing

There are many facets to my online marketing plan including:

e-flyer – The e-flyer is an online version of your property marketing flyer that is emailed out to real estate agents who may have a buyer for your property.

NWMLS – Listing your home on the Northwest Multiple Listing Service lets your listing be seen by brokers throughout our state as well as buyers searching for properties from anywhere in the world. The MLS reaches over 20,000 brokers.

Social media marketing – I will post your listing on my Facebook page. You are also welcome to share it and get the word out.

Listing Syndication – Your property will be listed on very popular home search websites including REALTOR.com, Zillow, Trulia, Redfin and more. Dozens and dozens of home search websites, in fact.

Print Marketing

Flyer – I will provide an eye-catching, high quality color flyer the highlights your home’s greatest features, and provides a take-away marketing piece for potential buyers.

Just Listed Cards – I will create a just listed/sold postcard for your listing and mail to a number of properties around your home. Homes are still sold through the recommendation of a friend or neighbor.

Open Houses

I generate traffic and interest in your home by hosting open houses on optimum days. In fact, I usually schedule two open houses right away in order to get great feedback from potential buyers.
